Nellie Totusek, 87, passed away on September 1, 2014, in Oklahoma City. She was born on a farm near Billings, OK, in 1927, and passed away less than three months after her husband, Robert, passed away. They were married for more than 66 years. She attended Oklahoma A&M where she earned her associates degree. Nellie and Bob were married on December 21, 1947. She was tireless in supporting her husband and their three children and was active in their church for many years. Nellie belonged to numerous civic and community organizations as well as provided years of support for the OSU Animal Science Department of which Bob served as department head from 1976-1990. Nellie was an avid bridge player and golfer, and she and Bob were passionate about ballroom dancing. Nellie is survived by her three children, eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
