Rosalie Drew

Rosalie Riggs Drew, 89, was born on August 27, 1930, to Vernon and Myrtle Riggs in Britton, OK, and passed away in Stillwater, OK, on October 27, 2019. She grew up in Ponca City, OK. Rosalie and Walter Gregory were married in 1952 in El Cajon, CA. Four children were born to this union: Stanley, Steven, Amy, and Bruce. In 1966, Rosalie and her children moved back to Oklahoma, after which time she began working in the Dean's Office of the College of Arts and Sciences at OSU. Rosalie was active in the Cimarron Valley Quilters Guild for 26 years, was active in Town & Gown Theater, and as a volunteer in the Stillwater Medical Center Auxiliary for more than a decade. Predeceasing her were her parents and several brothers and a sister. Rosalie is survived by her husband, William, her sister, Martha Cain, and her brother, Don Riggs, as well as by her husband, as well as by her children. Stanley Gregory, Steven Gregory (Deena), and Denise Drew, Amy Sams, and Bruce Gregory (Kelsey). Nine grandchildren and several great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephew also survive her.
