An important mission of the OSU Emeriti Association is to provide ongoing connections to benefit both the University and its retirees.

Emeriti Ambassadors

The Emeriti Association assembles a group of volunteer Ambassadors who greet visitors to the Conoco/Phillips OSU Alumni Center before football games, host the events, and serve at the reception desk.

 

At least two times each month, a group of Ambassadors gather in the Emeriti Suite to work with the Alumni staff preparing monthly and annual mail-outs. During this time, there is interaction with the staff as well as the students working for the Alumni Association.

 

Ambassadors also serve at Gallagher-Iba Arena, handing out programs and assisting families and graduates during multiple commencement and convocation ceremonies each semester.
